Meat and Meat Products Technology Programme started its educational activities in 1995/1996 academic year. In our programme, students specialize in the areas such as butchery and protection of livestock and poultry, and changing them into meat products. They are also furnished with extensive theoretical and practical knowledge about hygiene, microbiology, safety, quality control and marketing of the meat products produced. At the end of the two-year education, they are entitled to work as meat technicians, to meet the need of the sector for qualified workforce.
