<h3>Quality Commission</h3>
<div>The academic and administrative units of the university establish Unit Quality Commissions responsible for quality assurance studies within themselves. The top manager of each unit is the Quality Representative of that unit.</div>
<div> </div>
<div>Unit Quality Commissions established in academic units under the chairmanship of the unit top manager consist of department heads, department or main art branch chairs, the secretary of the academic unit, at least one faculty member responsible for data compilation, and a student representative.</div>
<div> </div>
<div><strong>The working principles and duties of the Quality Commission are as follows:</strong></div>
<ol>
<li>Unit Quality Commissions meet at least twice in each academic year. Apart from this, they meet upon the call of the unit top manager.</li>
<li>Academic Unit Quality Commissions work in close relation with the Academic Performance Evaluation Commission. They submit the Unit Performance Internal Evaluation Report to this commission.</li>
<li>Administrative Unit Quality Commissions operate within the framework of coordination provided by the Quality Coordination Office. They submit the Unit Performance Internal Evaluation Report to the Quality Coordination Office.</li>
<li>To conduct internal evaluation studies in line with the procedures and principles determined by the Quality Commission, and to prepare the Unit Performance Internal Evaluation Report based on information coming from programs/departments/departments in academic units,</li>
<li>In academic and administrative units, to carry out all kinds of work for the evaluation of academic and administrative services, improvement of quality and approval of quality level in line with the unit's and institution's strategic plan and goals, and for the institution to be successful in national and international ranking studies. To provide all kinds of support to the Quality Commission, Academic Performance Evaluation Commission and Quality Coordination Office in these studies,</li>
<li>To make necessary preparations for academic and administrative units in the university's external evaluation studies, to provide all kinds of support to external evaluator institutions, organizations or boards,</li>
<li>To announce the decisions of the Quality Commission to the relevant programs/departments of the relevant unit, to follow up their implementations and to monitor the results of these implementations,</li>
<li>To provide necessary contributions to the Bursa Uludağ University Performance Evaluation Report and other reports to be prepared by the Quality Commission for the Council of Higher Education Quality.</li>
