Hgs Parking System

THE HGS PARKING SYSTEM HAS BEEN IMPLEMENTED AT BURSA ULUDAĞ UNIVERSITY.

The parking lots at our University's Görükle Campus will become fee-based with the PTT HGS PARK system. The system  was activated on Friday, September 19, 2025, at 00:00  . To avoid any inconvenience to our university staff, students, businesses operating within the university, and other public institution personnel working at our university, the following rules must be followed.

• University staff members  are required to log in to otspersonel.uludag.edu.tr  with their passwords and enter their vehicle license plates into the system.
   

Passing through Bursa Uludağ University Görükle Campus is prohibited.

SUBSCRIPTION PROCEDURES FOR
 
STUDENTS

• Student ID (Vehicle owner and license plate must be visible in the registration certificate photo)

• Photo of Vehicle Registration Certificate

• Subscription Fee Payment Receipt (Please include your Turkish Republic Identity Number, Name, Surname, Vehicle License Plate Number, and Student Number in the description section)

 
Commercial Enterprises

• Document proving employment at a business operating within the campus.

• Vehicle Registration Certificate Photo (Vehicle owner and vehicle license plate must be visible in the registration certificate photo)

• Subscription Fee Payment Receipt (The description section must include Turkish Republic Identity Number or Tax Number, Name, Surname, Vehicle License Plate Number, and Company Name)

 
Student Transportation Services

• Document confirming that it transported students from Bursa Uludağ University.

• Vehicle Registration Certificate Photo (Vehicle owner and vehicle license plate must be visible in the registration certificate photo)

• Subscription Fee Payment Receipt (The description section must include Turkish Republic Identity Number or Tax Number, Name, Surname, Vehicle License Plate Number, and Company Name)

 Other Subscriptions
"Other Subscriptions"  are subscriptions related to Bursa Uludağ University but not described above. To benefit from this subscription, written confirmation of the affiliation with Bursa Uludağ University is required. 

• Petition Proving Connection with the University

• Vehicle Registration Certificate Photo (Vehicle owner and vehicle license plate must be visible in the registration certificate photo)

• Subscription Fee Payment Receipt (Please include your Turkish Republic Identity Number or Tax Number, Name, Surname, and Vehicle License Plate Number in the description section)

Description: The information in the description note for the relevant subscription must be included.

• To complete the subscription process, please send the required documents  to butad@uludag.edu.tr  via email.

• University staff who have retired will be able to use the parking lots free of charge, provided they send a photo of their retirement ID and vehicle registration certificate  to butad@uludag.edu.tr  via email.

 Those who do not have an HGS (Highway Toll System) subscription and wish to use the parking lots at Bursa Uludağ University Görükle Campus can find the necessary information to subscribe to HGS  at https://www.ptt.gov.tr/odeme-sistemleri-hgs .
