Olive, Olive Oil and By-Products Workshop Event

Dear Stakeholder,

We invite you to the workshop organized on Monday, November 20, 2023, in cooperation with the Turkish Food Innovation Platform, Bursa Uludag University, Ankara University Food Safety Institute and the EU H2020-supported PhenolAcTwin Project, hosted by Bursa Uludag University, Department of Food Engineering, to evaluate the current status of the sector regarding "Olive, Olive Oil and By-Products", marketing business models for quality and value-added products, by-product diversity and their effects on health with very valuable experts.
