Uludağ University Faculty of Law has been established by the Council of Ministers Decision No. 95/7044 dated 4 July 1995 published in the Official Gazette No. 22350 dated 21 July 1995.  Between 1995 and 2007 the Faculty of Law prepared to start its activities. It has officially commenced its activities in May 2007 with the appointment of its first dean. First students were admitted to the faculty in the academic year of 2007-2008. Its ninth class graduated in June 2020.
