With the call center to be established, students will be able to establish faster, more effective and solution-oriented communication with the units.

In line with the slogan of “Student Friendly University”, Bursa Uludağ University continues to differ from other universities with its various applications. Within the scope of the cooperation of Bursa Uludağ University Registrar's Office and Orhaneli Vocational School Call Center Services Program, a Call Center system, the software of which was developed by the Head of the Program, Ercan Koçoğlu, was created. The call center, which was established within the university in order to enable the students of different faculties, institutes and vocational schools to communicate more quickly, effectively and solution-oriented with the relevant units, was named the "Student Communication Center". After the trial period, the "Student Communication Center" will be offered to students.

With the completion of the technical infrastructure works, BUÜ Rector Prof Dr Ahmet Saim Kılavuz, Vice Rector Prof Dr İrfan Kırıştıoğlu and MEYOK Coordinator Prof Dr Çağatan Taşkın also participated in the first training program implemented by Ercan Koçoğlu for the personnel who will work at the center. BUÜ Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmet Saim Kılavuz made a statement on the subject; “We continue to make new improvements and developments for our university. This project, which we are working on, will actually bring a solution to one of the issues that students complain about the most. With this center, our students will be able to find answers to their questions as quickly as possible over the phone. It is also important for us that the software we use was developed by one of our university academics, Lecturer Ercan Koçoğlu. We care about being a self-sufficient university. I would like to thank everyone who contributed to the establishment of our Student Communication Center.”
