Students enrolled in the Individual Psychological Counseling Practices II course are required to schedule an appointment to use the counseling rooms by completing the Counseling Room Appointment Request Form provided below.

To schedule an appointment for the following week, the form must be completed by Friday at 5:00 PM. Appointments are added to the schedule after 5:00 PM each Friday, and students may then check the updated appointment table. (For example, if you would like to schedule an appointment for a date between March 9 and March 13, you must submit the form no later than Friday, March 6.)

After scheduling an appointment, you are required to confirm it with the student on duty at the Guidance and Psychological Counseling Application Center (Block B, Room B136) before using the counseling rooms. The rooms may only be used after this confirmation has been completed.

All sessions must begin and end at their scheduled times. In order to prevent delays and disruptions to subsequent appointments, strict adherence to the designated time slots is essential.
