Alumni and Employers Meeting Held at the Department of Economics

Our department hosted an “Alumni and Employers Meeting,” bringing together our graduates and faculty members. The meeting was attended by two of our alumni: Ömer Faruk Uzun, Assistant Portfolio Specialist at Burgan Bank, and Abdülkadir Yılmaz, owner of Çınar Patisserie. Our guests shared their professional experiences and observations from their respective fields with the academic staff of the department. Held in a sincere and friendly atmosphere, the meeting provided an opportunity to exchange views on strengthening the relationship between the department and the business world, supported by the diverse experiences of our graduates across different sectors.
