By the decision of the Senate of Bursa Uludağ University dated 11 June 2026, it has been decided to open the Pedagogical Formation Education Certificate Program for bachelor's degree graduates beginning with the 2026–2027 Fall Semester.
Online pre-applications for the program will be accepted between 3–19 August 2026 via the following link (the application form will be activated on Monday, 3 August 2026):

The list of applicants who are eligible for final registration will be announced on the Faculty's website on 21 August 2026. Final registration will be carried out by the Student Affairs Office of the Faculty of Education (Block B, 1st Floor) between 24–28 August 2026.
The Certificate Program will begin during the week of 28 September 2026. Classes are planned to be held on two weekday evenings (after 5:30 p.m., most likely Thursday and Friday) and online on Saturdays. The program will be delivered 70% face-to-face and 30% online. Teaching practicum courses will be conducted in schools within the provincial borders of Bursa.
The implementation of the program is subject to the provisions of the Bursa Uludağ University Associate and Undergraduate Degree Regulations. Graduates of the undergraduate programs listed in the attached table are eligible to apply for the Pedagogical Formation Education Certificate Program.
General Information on Applications
- Following the completion of pre-applications, candidates will be placed in accordance with the procedures and principles determined by the Council of Higher Education (YÖK) for the Pedagogical Formation Education Certificate Program, as well as the criteria and quotas approved by the Bursa Uludağ University Senate.
- Since evaluations will be based on the information provided during the pre-application, applicants who gain the right to register must submit official documents verifying the information they declared.
- Quotas for each field will be determined by considering the number of applicants, the availability of practicum instructors and mentor teachers, and other relevant factors.
- Applicants will be ranked according to their Grade Point Average (GPA) on a 4.00 scale. Candidates whose transcripts use a different grading system must convert their GPA according to the Council of Higher Education (YÖK) Grade Conversion Table before applying.
- Registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances after final registration has been completed. The tuition fee will be paid in two equal installments.
- Each applicant may apply to only one field. Applications submitted for more than one field will not be accepted.
- The total student quota for the program is 500.
Documents Required for Final Registration
- Certified copy of the bachelor's degree diploma or graduation certificate (graduates of foreign universities must provide an official certificate of degree equivalency)
- Official transcript
- Photocopy of the national identity card (the original must be presented during registration)
- Receipt showing payment of the Certificate Program tuition fee (to be announced)
- Final registration form (to be completed by the applicant)
- One passport-sized photograph
Applications for final registration must be submitted in person or by an authorized representative to the Student Affairs Office of the Faculty of Education, Bursa Uludağ University.
Evaluation of Applications
Applications will be evaluated based on candidates' GPA within their respective fields. Rankings will be prepared using the 4.00 GPA system, and GPAs based on other grading systems will be converted according to the Council of Higher Education (YÖK) Grade Conversion Table. Applicants are solely responsible for any consequences arising from incorrect information provided during the application process.
If the number of applicants in any field is fewer than 12, the Pedagogical Formation Education Certificate Program will not be opened for that field.
