ABOUT ABSTRACT PAPER SENDING AND REGISTRATION

Dear participants,


The process of registration and submitting abstracts to our congress is two different procedures. The process of sending the abstract is explained below gradually.
1. Click the "Registration and Upload Abstract" button on the main page.
2. Click the "Declaration Form" button in the upper-right corner of the screen that opens.
3. Enter the required information into the system and click on "Paper Add".
4. Enter the relevant information in the boxes on the screen that appear. (Authors, introduction, material and method, results, keywords)
5. Click the "Send Records" button.

You have sent us your abstract by following the steps above. We will share the results of the evaluation by sending the abstracts to the referees. If your abstract is accepted, follow the steps below for the registration.
1. Click the "Registration and Upload Abstract" button on the main page.
2. Click the "Registration Form" button in the upper-right corner of the screen that opens.
3. Enter the requested information into the system.
4. Click on the "Dosya seç" button in the "Bank Receipt Upload" section and choose the receipt on your computer.
5. Click the "Send" button.

You have completed your registration to the congress.

In summary, you must first submit an abstract of your work on the Declaration Form. We will then send the abstract of your work to the referees. We will share with you whether or not your report has been accepted in our congress according to the comments from them. After informing you that your notification has been accepted, you can sign up for our congress by depositing the congress fee.
