I believe it would be beneficial if there were opportunities to participate in exchange programs on more than one occasion. Unfortunately, as I understand, participation in the Orhun Program is limited to only one term, which I truly regret. Regardless, I am very satisfied with my experience and grateful for the enriching journey that this program has enabled.

"Orhun değişim programına katılma fırsatı verdiğiniz için sizlere teşekkür etmek isterim. Türkiye’de geçirdiğim bu süre, hem akademik açıdan hem de kişisel gelişim açısından benim için çok değerli ve öğretici bir deneyim oldu.
Eğitim süreci verimli ve ilgi çekiciydi. Dersler oldukça faydalıydı, öğretmenlerimiz ise son derece anlayışlı ve ilgiliydiler. Ayrıca öğrenci hayatı da çok keyifliydi; farklı ülkelerden gelen öğrencilerle tanışmak ve birlikte vakit geçirmek çok güzeldi. Gerçekten çok iyi bir sınıf grubumuz vardı. Ayrıca bu süre zarfında kendi fakültemde de birçok yeni şey öğrendim. Eğitim sürecimiz oldukça uygulamalıydı, bol bol pratik yapma fırsatım oldu. Aynı zamanda birçok sergi, tiyatro ve konferansa katıldım. Bu etkinlikler hem sanatsal bakış açımı geliştirdi hem de mesleki olarak bana çok katkı sağladı. Gerçekten çok faydalı ve ilham verici bir dönemdi.

"Öncelikle, geri dönüşünüz ve ilginiz için Bursa Uludağ Üniversitesi'ne derin saygılarımı sunarım.
Orhun Değişim Programı kapsamında Bursa Uludağ Üniversitesi'nde bulunmaktan büyük memnuniyet duydum. Mimarlık Bölümünde gerçekleştirdiğim akademik hareketlilik süresince, Fakülte Dekanı Sayın Prof. Dr. Tülin Vural Arslan ile görüşme fırsatım oldu. Kendisi beni hürmetle karşıladı; iki üniversitenin mimarlık fakülteleri arasındaki akademik farklar ve üstün yönler üzerine verimli bir sohbet gerçekleştirdik. Bu süreçte, Sayın Prof. Dr. Figen Kıvılcım Çorakbaş ve Sayın Arş. Gör. Dr. Elif Acar bana her aşamada yakın ilgi gösterdiler. Sunum yapmamı sağladılar ve birkaç proje dersine katılmama imkân verdiler.
Bursa Uludağ Üniversitesi Mimarlık Bölümünde Azerbaycanlı öğrencilerin bulunması bizler için ayrı bir gurur kaynağı oldu.
Sunumum olan “Azerbaycan Mimarlık ve İnşaat Üniversitesi” ve “Mimarlık Fakültesi” tanıtımına yalnızca öğrencilerin değil, fakülte akademisyenlerinin de katılımını arzu ederdim. Böylece kurumlarımızı daha yakından tanıma fırsatı bulabilirlerdi.
Gelecek dönemlerde yeniden iş birliği gerçekleştirmeyi temenni ediyorum."

"This year, I’m Mansiya Yessenamanova, Dean of the Faculty of Natural Sciences of Kh.Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University, was given the opportunity to visit Bursa Uludag University for academic mobility from November 10 to November 21, 2025. First of all, I would like to focus on the program itself. The Orhun Exchange Program is a program aimed at facilitating the exchange of students and faculty between member universities of the Union of Turkic Universities of the Turkic Council. The Faculty of Engineering consists of 8 departments, including the Department of Environmental Engineering, where I was sent under the Orhun program. During my visit to this department, I attended a number of lecture classes and a laboratory class, and I also gave a lesson for undergraduate students. In addition, there was a general meeting with the faculty of the department, where we exchanged information about our universities and research areas. Upon completion, I was received a certificate from Dr. Recep Yücedoğru, coordinator of the Orhun program, and FATMA OLCAY TOPAÇ, Head of the Environmental Engineering Department. I would like to thank all the teachers who directly helped me in getting acquainted with the Department of Environmental Engineering and the coordinator of the international office, who accompanied me during the entire internship period. It should be noted that hotel accommodation was provided with all the conditions, where everything necessary for tea drinking, clean bottled water, and personal hygiene items were brought daily. For free meals, a card was given, with the help of which lunch was provided for teachers in the cafeteria, and free breakfast in the hotel. This program allowed me to get acquainted with the friendly staff of the Department of Environmental Engineering and I hope this trip will be the beginning of further fruitful work in scientific research in the field of environmental engineering by professors of Bursa Uludag University and teachers of the Department of Ecology of Kh.Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University."

"The exchange of knowledge on the Orhun Academic Mobility Program at Bursa Uludag University in Bursa, Turkiye, has become a unique and valuable experience for us aimed at professional development. This program has clearly shown that the Turkic-speaking states strengthen cooperation between educational organizations and open up new opportunities in the common cultural and scientific space.
The organization of the educational process under the guidance of Uludag University professors Sezin Türk Kaya, Sevgi Yüksel Uzunöz allowed us to better understand the model of high-quality education. Attending practical classes broadened our professional horizons. Modern workshops and classrooms of the university have clearly demonstrated the university's responsibility for education...
In addition, the historical values and cultural features of the city of Bursa made a deep impression on us. The hospitality of the Turkish people, the lively atmosphere of the city, historical sites and natural attractions have expanded our cultural and educational horizons.
This experience of mobility within the framework of the Orhun program allowed us to feel the value not only of education and research, but also of international partnership. "I would like to sincerely thank the coordinators and all staff members involved in the Orhun Exchange Program at Bursa Uludağ University for providing me with such a valuable opportunity to take part in this meaningful academic exchange. As a student of International Relations, my semester at BUÜ was both academically and personally significant. Studying in a multicultural and international environment allowed me to broaden my global outlook, improve my intercultural communication skills, and gain deeper insight into international cooperation. The courses I attended greatly enriched my knowledge and strengthened my interest in my field of study. Throughout the semester, I became more independent, adaptable, and responsible, particularly while handling various academic and administrative processes on my own. Managing documentation procedures and system-related matters personally helped me better understand how such processes function in practice and required flexibility when certain issues took longer to be resolved. At the same time, interacting with different teaching styles encouraged me to adjust to diverse academic expectations, which further contributed to my personal growth.
I am truly grateful for the warm atmosphere, hospitality, and professionalism demonstrated by the university community. Thanks to this supportive environment, I always felt welcomed, comfortable, and motivated throughout the semester. I was also able to build friendships with students from different countries, which deepened my understanding of global diversity and mutual respect. Although participation in the Orhun Program is limited to one term, I sincerely wish there were opportunities to take part more than once, as this program offers immense academic and personal benefits. Nevertheless, I am completely satisfied with my experience and thankful for the memories, knowledge, and inspiration I gained.
