ANNOUNCEMENT ON INVENTIONS AND PATENT APPLICATIONS

In accordance with the Article 121 of the Industrial Property Law No. 6769 which entered into force on 10.01.2017, it is legally obligatory for our staff, especially our academic staff and researchers to inform the university about their inventions.

With regard to this, ”BURSA ULUDAG UNIVERSITY INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY RIGHTS PROCEDURES AND PRINCIPLES REGULATION” has been prepared by our university.
