ULUTÖMER CERTIFICATE CEREMONY 2025

Students who completed their Turkish language education in our Centre in the 2024-2025 academic year received their certificates at the ceremony.

The ceremony held on 10 July 2025 at Prof. Dr. M. Mete Cengiz Cultural Centre was attended by Prof. Dr. Ferudun Yılmaz, Rector of Bursa Uludag University, Prof. Dr. Fatih Demirel, Director of ULUTÖMER, Prof. Dr. Şirin Akbulut Demirci, Director of Balkan Research and Application Centre (BALKAM), Zakir Şadman, Representative of Religious Foundation Bursa and relatives of the students. Prof. Dr. Fatih Demirel, Director of the Centre, made the opening and greeting speech at the ceremony and talked about the functions of the Centre in teaching Turkish and promoting Turkish culture, and explained the academic and cultural activities carried out throughout the year. Demirel congratulated the students who will complete their Turkish language education and start their academic education and stated that ULUTÖMER always stands by international students. Rector Yılmaz also expressed his satisfaction that many international students are studying at Bursa Uludağ University and congratulated the graduates.

The programme, which continued with speeches, poetry reading, singing and dance activities of international students, ended with the presentation of certificates.
