Prof. Dr. Süleyman Şahin, who served for many years as a faculty member at our faculty and currently holds the position of Director General of Investments and Enterprises at the Ministry of Youth and Sports, has now also been appointed as the President of the Turkish Ski Federation, in addition to his current role.

Following the resignation of the former President of the Turkish Ski Federation, Ali Oto, Prof. Dr. Süleyman Şahin has taken over this important position by decision of the Ministry of Youth and Sports Arbitration Board. We congratulate him and wish him great success in both of his roles.

We firmly believe that with his academic background, experience in sports management, and visionary approach, he will continue to make valuable contributions to Turkish sports. As the Faculty of Sport Sciences at Bursa Uludağ University, we are proud of him and wish him continued success in his new position.
