As part of the TLTZ109 Career Planning course conducted during the fall 2025 semester, we held sincere and educational interview events with our graduates on November 10, 2025, and December 15, 2025. These meetings were very productive for our Medical Laboratory Techniques (TLT) Program's 1st-year students to gain a closer understanding of the career options awaiting them after graduation.

During the events, we were joined by Ezgi Demir, a 2021 graduate, and Dilanur Ünver, a 2014 graduate, both of whom work in the public sector. Ezgi Demir, a Medical Laboratory Technician in the Department of Medical Microbiology at Bursa Uludağ University Hospital (BUÜH), shared valuable information and practical suggestions about the KPSS (Public Personnel Selection Examination) process based on her own experiences. Dilanur Ünver, who completed her Nursing degree after graduating from our college, then earned a master's degree in Nursing Management, and currently works as an Intensive Care Nurse at BUÜH, informed our students about the scope of the DGS (Vertical Transfer Exam) and its importance in their career journey.

Our graduates sincerely shared their career stories, discussing their experiences in the professional world, the opportunities offered by the profession, and the challenges they faced with our students. Our guests, who shared their experiences of starting their careers, provided valuable guidance on what to consider when planning a career.

Throughout the discussion, our graduates sincerely answered the students' questions, inspiring them with their experiences and helping to resolve many uncertainties about post-graduation careers.
