On Thursday, April 30, 2026, an event was organized in the courtyard of the Vocational School of Health Services as part of Medical Laboratory Techniques Day. The event, which brought together students and faculty members, saw high attendance and fostered a pleasant and warm atmosphere. Throughout the day, participants enjoyed both fun and meaningful moments.
The event began with a cake-cutting ceremony and opening remarks. Speeches delivered during the event emphasized the importance of the “Medical Laboratory Techniques” field within healthcare services and expressed hopes for contributing to the students’ professional development.
Later in the program, soloist Ezgi Demir, a graduate of our college’s Medical Laboratory Techniques program, and guitarist Tahir Yılmaz, also a graduate of the same department, took the stage. They added a special touch to the event with their performances. Participants occasionally sang along to the songs, enjoying the moment, and the energy in the room continued to rise.
The refreshments served at the event were well-received by both students and faculty members. Participants had the opportunity to gather, chat, and spend time together. The photo booths set up for the occasion were among the most popular features of the day. Students took plenty of photos with their friends, adding this special day to their memories.
At the end of the day, students and faculty members expressed their satisfaction at coming together for such an event and thanked those who made it possible.
