On April 7, 2026, at 13:00, a hands-on training session on “Fire Prevention and Firefighting” was organized for first-year students in the First and Emergency Aid Program at our Vocational School.

Conducted by experts from the Fire Department of the Disaster and Emergency Management Center at Bursa Uludağ University, the training included both theoretical knowledge on fire prevention and suppression techniques as well as practical exercises. As part of this, students had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with and use firefighting equipment.

The training aimed to raise students’ awareness of fire safety and enhance their ability to respond to emergencies.
