Orhangazi Aviation and Education Association President Pilot Ergin ERGÜL and Board Member Bülent AYDIN ​​visited Orhangazi Yeniköy Asil Çelik Vocational School (OYAÇ MYO). OYAÇ MYO Director Assoc. Prof. Dr. Şekip Esat HAYBER, Deputy Director Lecturer Dr. Nebi SEREN and MYO Secretary M. Ersoy KÖSA were present at the visit.

As part of the visit, evaluations were made on the project titled “Youth Becoming Younger with Aviation” submitted to the General Directorate of Civil Society Relations of the Ministry of Interior. As a result of the meetings, a cooperation protocol was signed between OYAÇ MYO and Orhangazi Aviation and Education Association in line with the said project.

The signed agreement aims to increase the interest of young people in the field of aviation, develop their technical knowledge and skills, and also ensure that they gain sectoral awareness. With this cooperation, training, seminars and practical aviation activities are planned for OYAÇ MYO students.

The visit and cooperation agreement is considered an important step in developing university-NGO cooperation.
