A Major Step Toward Global Careers: Our Department Receives ACCA Accreditation

Bursa Uludağ University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration (English), has achieved a global milestone by receiving accreditation from ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants), a qualification recognized in more than 180 countries worldwide.

The intensive efforts carried out in collaboration with the London-based ACCA, the global standard-setter for finance and accounting professionals, have successfully borne fruit. Following a comprehensive evaluation, our department curriculum was found to be fully aligned with ACCA standards, and the accreditation process was successfully completed.

A Great Opportunity for Our Students: Exam Exemptions

As part of this strategic collaboration, students of the Department of Business Administration (English) are now entitled to direct exemptions from 2 of the 13 exams required to obtain the ACCA qualification after graduation: Business and Technology and Financial Accounting.

These exemptions will enable our students to gain a competitive advantage in the global business world and complete their professional certification processes more efficiently.

Validity Period

The accreditation and course exemptions will apply to all students graduating between 1 January 2026 and 31 December 2030.

This achievement, attained in line with our faculty’s internationalization goals, will further support our graduates in becoming preferred professionals not only in local markets but also in global financial markets.
