On April 27, 2026, a Career and Professional Development seminar was held in the Conference Hall of the İnegöl Vocational School at Bursa Uludağ University for students in the Department of Mechanical and Metal Processing Technologies—specifically those in the Mechanical Engineering and Mechanical Drawing and Design program.

Mümin MERİÇ, General Manager of VAMER OTOMOTİV, a company manufacturing spare parts for the automotive sector, shared his career journey and professional experiences with our college students and offered advice and recommendations regarding their career paths and professional lives.

In such events organized for students of the Mechanical Engineering and Mechanical Drawing and Construction programs, representatives from both the public and private sectors come together with the students.

At the conclusion of the seminar, a protocol was signed between Vamer Automotive and İnegöl Vocational School to send students for workplace training during the Fall and Spring semesters of the 2026-2027 academic year. The protocol was signed by Mümin MERİÇ on behalf of Vamer Automotive and Assistant Director Lecturer Nazire ŞİRİN on behalf of İnegöl Vocational School.

On behalf of the College Director, Prof. Dr. Hikmet Sami YILDIRIMHAN, a certificate of appreciation was presented to Mümin MERİÇ by the Mechanical Engineering program faculty members, Lecturers Zafer YILDIZ and Erhan KARA.
