Translation:

The winners of the İGP (İŞKUR Youth Program), which will begin on 24.11.2025 and end on 30.06.2026 in cooperation between the Bursa Directorate of the Turkish Employment Agency (İŞKUR) and our University, have been determined through a lottery held before a notary public.
All applicants who are not listed as primary candidates are placed on the reserve list.

Primary candidates must personally apply between 18.11.2025 and 20.11.2025, until the end of business hours, with the documents listed below, to the Faculty of Education, Block B, Ground Floor, Revolving Fund Office (Next to the Announcement Boards).

Required Documents:

1. Photocopy of ID Card

2. Student Certificate (to be obtained via e-Government)

3. Certificate of Persons Residing in the Same Household (to be obtained via e-Government)

4. Criminal Record (to be obtained via e-Government)

5. SGK Social Security Service Statement (to be obtained via e-Government)

6. Household Income Declaration:
   • Students staying in KYK dormitories are exempt but must submit proof of residence in the dormitory.
   • Students living with their families or in private dormitories/housing must submit the most recent payroll of all family members indicated in the population registry, income tax declarations, or other income-related documents.
   • An additional Declaration Form must be completed. (Click here.)

7. Most recent payroll of household members who are employed OR proof of unemployment (SGK Registration and Service Statement)

8. İŞKUR Youth Program Participant Declaration (to be issued at the time of application)

9. Bank Account Information (IBAN registered under the applicant’s name from any bank)

Applicants who do not meet the conditions listed below will not be accepted into the program.

Eligibility Requirements:

a) Being a citizen of the Republic of Türkiye:
The applicant must hold Turkish citizenship at the time of application and throughout the program.
Individuals covered under Law No. 2527 (regarding persons of Turkish descent) are exempt from this requirement.

b) Being registered with İŞKUR:
The applicant must be registered with the Institution as of the application date.

c) Being at least 18 years old:
The applicant must have completed age 18 and begun age 19 as of the application date.

ç) Not receiving old-age or disability pension:
The applicant must not be receiving any old-age or disability pension through SGK due to their own insurance status.
However, individuals receiving permanent incapacity allowance or survivors’ pension may apply and participate.

d) Not having been employed by the contractor or its affiliated/subsidiary organizations within one year prior to the program request date up to the program start date.

e) Not having been reported as insured under Article 4 of Law No. 5510 within the last month prior to the application date.
This requirement must also be met on the program start date for selected primary and reserve candidates.

f) Not being insured under Article 5 of Law No. 5510 on the application date, the program start date, and throughout the program duration.
Reserve candidates must also meet this requirement at all stages.

g) Meeting the household income requirement:
Based on the applicant’s registered address at the time of application, if the total monthly income of household members exceeds three (3) times the net minimum wage, the student cannot participate.
This requirement does not apply to individuals residing in dormitories, shelters, or whose identity is protected under Law No. 6284.

ğ) Not being a beneficiary of other İŞKUR active labor force or unemployment insurance programs:
Applicants cannot participate if they are benefiting from such programs.
Participants found to be benefiting from these programs during İGP will be dismissed without valid excuse.
