Students who receive an FF or FD grade in a maximum of two courses contributing to their GPA, or a K grade in a non-credit course (not exceeding one course), will be given the right to take supplementary exams until the beginning of the next semester/year.
Students who have not received an FF or FD grade in the last two semesters but have not achieved the required 2.00 GPA for graduation will be given the right to take supplementary exams for a maximum of two credit-bearing courses in which they received DD, DC, or CC grades, in order to raise their GPA to 2.00.
The supplementary exam rights specified in this clause are granted to each student only once.
Students participating in supplementary exams must have started their internship at least 30 days prior.
Applications will only be accepted until 5:00 PM on July 14th. (The application form must be completed and submitted to the department secretariat.)
Exams will be held on July 21st.
The application form must include the name of the instructor from whom the course was last taken.
