The TÜBİTAK 2237-A Scientific Training Activities Support Project, coordinated by the Department of German Language and Literature at Fırat University and submitted in collaboration with the Departments of German Language Teaching at Bursa Uludağ University, Trakya University, and Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University, has been approved.

As part of the project, pre-service German language teachers will receive training in the following areas:

• Creating interactive digital content for German language teaching using artificial intelligence (AI) tools
• Developing digital games and gamified learning materials for German language teaching
• Designing digital educational materials
• Acquiring fundamental digital skills for future German language teachers
• Preparing examinations using word processing software
• Developing digital materials to support various language skills through digital content creation tools
