About Department

The Geography Department was established in 2011 within the Faculty of Arts & Sciences in Uludağ University. Structuring process of the deparment was started in 2016, Acceptance of students was approved by Council of Higher Education in 2017-2018 Academic Year. At the same academic year, Master Program was set up within the Institute of Social Sciences. 

The Geography Department consists of Human and Economic  Geography Sub-Department, Physical Geography Sub-Department, Regional Geography Sub-Department and Turkey Geography Sub-Department
