You can find attached the application letters for those who are employed within the Academic Staff Placement Program (ÖYP) or who have left their duties and would like to be appointed according to Article 33/a of Law No. 2547 in accordance with Article 15 of the Law No. 7143.
Note: Research Assistants who left their duty and want to make a return must fill in a Security Clearance Form and an Archive Scan form and submit them to the Directorate of Personnel Department.
