In accordance with the Law No. 7033 issued in the Official Gazette dated July 01, 2017, which is called "Production Reform Package" and with the article 34 added to the Higher Education Law No. 2547; "a post-doctoral researcher may be employed to only do R&D activities or help the R&D activities of faculty members in Reaserch and Application Centers of State Higher Education Institutions, on condition that they stay within seven years after specialist or artistic proficiency training in pharmacy, dentistry, pharmacy and veterinary medicine and provided that the expenses are paid for a period of maximum three years from the revolving fund revenues of the resources allocated for the scientific research projects.” our university will support post-doctoral researchers to take part in R&D projects.
